Leaked OSes Emerge for Tour 9630, Bold 9000 and Curve 8900

Mobile phone users out there who own a BlackBerry device from Research In Motion are certainly familiar with the leaked operating system flavors that emerge from time to time on the Internet, and now some more of these showed up. Among them, we can count a leaked OS 5.0.0.530 for the Tour 9630, as well as the leaked OS 5.0.0.509 which comes for both the Bold 9000 and Curve 8900.

The newly leaked platform versions for the three handsets were brought to light by the guys over at Bbleaks, for Tour 9630, and by BerryReview for the Bold 9000 and Curve 8900. Although a new operating system version usually means that there are

Windows 8 Development Has Started

Microsoft has already kick started the development process which will ultimately end up producing the successor of Windows 7, claims a third-party source. Russian website Wzor notes that the Redmond company has apparently set on a course to building Windows 8, and even provided the Build strings for a few assembles of the next iteration of Windows available exclusively in Redmond. Wzor is a source with a proven track record of delivering accurate information of the software giant’s moves, that otherwise would be kept under the tightly sealed translucent lid of Steven Sinofsky, president, Windows and Windows Live Division.. .

Android 2.1 for CLIQ and HTC Hero to Land in Mid-March

The latest flavor of Google's Android operating system, Android 2.1, arrived on the market at the beginning of the ongoing year on the Nexus One by HTC, which is sold via Google's own web store, and is now expected to soon become available for more handsets on the market. Among them, we have the HTC Hero and the Motorola CLIQ, both of which are reportedly gearing up to taste the software update sometime in mid-March.

The fact that the Android 2.1 operating system will soon become available for more handsets out there is already known, as Google and various handset vendors said previously that this would happen. However, no exact release dates were provided for none of the involved Android-based mobile phones, and learning that HTC Hero and Motorola CLIQ are so close to receiving the solution should make a lot of users rejoice...
