A Facebook toolbar add-on for Firefox
Hate going to Facebook just to see if there are any new notifications, messages, friend requests or Invites?
Now you don't have to!
Easily customize this add-on by going into the prefrences and decide specifically which notifications you want included in the toolbar notifier count. Everything from unread messages, active pokes, pending friend requests, pending group invites, and pending event invites. All of which would be added to the total number of notifications displayed on the toolbar. Just simply move the mouse over the facebook button to see specifically how many notifications you have for each category.
Now, the simple change in a button's state will alert you to how many new:
